About the Journal
The Namibia Educational Reform Forum Journal is an academic open-access journal within the Ministry of Education, Arts and Culture under the directorate of the National Institute for Educational Development (NIED). In April 1994, the Namibia Educational Reform Forum Journal (formerly known as the Reform Forum Journal) was launched. It is a peer-reviewed and double-blind journal that aims to publish academic articles based on empirical research findings in education. The journal stimulates discussion about education reform and furthers the development of education. The journal is published twice a year, free of charge.
Peer Review Policy:
When papers are submitted to the Namibia Educational Reform Forum Journal (NERFJ), the deputy editors-in-chief first review the submitted papers for publication based on uniqueness, importance, impact, logic, style, presentation length, originality, clarity, and references, followed by double-blind peer review by independent reviewers.
